But leaving it as-is sounds like a lousy idea, IMO<<<

I agree... Leave it, but refurb it. New AA's, new effects, audio...

Agree with EE, there's no way MK's Poo is state of the art. But I guess you object to the use of creative ride vehicles and visual effects? How else could you explain preferring Snow White, which has very little (and limited) scenery to the several effects in the Pooh ride (the Heffalumps and Woozles section, the flood scene, for instance)?

But of course, Cat in the Hat is the best in Florida, IMO. Just needs some TLC.

But, yeah, it's a great dark ride, too. Come to think of it, probably the best in Orlando.

I've only been on it once, and I can attest that it spins you pretty well. Lee can attest to that, I must have bumped into him a few dozen times. LOL.

We just saw it too and I agree. The movie felt like a mash-up of Beauty and the Beast and Snow White and a hint of Hunchback with a great classic Broaway score.

This past Monday we went to see Next To Normal on Broadway and wandered into the new Disney Store in Times Square to check it out. I was giddy with glee at the Tangled merchandise (Pascal plush anyone?)

on a non-Tangled note, the CARS display was awesome. I swear I peed myself a little when I saw the build your own Car display. It was like build a bear for CARS. So cool. I can imagine a more elaborate version of this at the new Carsland at DCA.
