The Monrail would be trickier, and I'm doing this off the toip of my head, not examining a map or anything, but with a combination of rock work, trees, shrubs and such perhaps the monorail could be obscured. As it is, the Monorail is plainly visible from much of Fantasyland, so it isn't a totally strict line of demarkation between Fantasyland and Tomorrowland as it is. As you know, there were Fantasyland Autopia cars for years that looked exactly like, and intertwined with, the Tomorrowland Autopia.

Instead of the twists and turns it has now, it could enter the park and head straight to the back, meeting up with the existing beam that brings it over the Motor Boat dock and around the Matterhorn. Yes, there would still be track around the periphery of whatever got added to that section of land, but it would be much less intrusive

Maybe. But perhaps it could be obscured by a canopy of artificial trees, similar to the canopy created in Bug's land with the giant clovers.

Another alternative would to extend Fantasyland back into where Big Thunder Ranch now exists. There'd be room for a dwarf coaster and more, and it could blend rather naturally into the wooded frontier.

Personally I'd like to see the FL Theater go away and do something interesting back there. I like SBL too, but I wouldn't be bothered if it went away for something like the mine train. Thunder Ranch would be OK, but it'd be kind of weird to have two mine train rides essentially right next to each other.

They could combine them and it would be a meeting of the mines.

Based on the above nasty posts, it would be scary if that's true.
