The next morning, his DAD got really sick. NOBODY else got sick. We all happened to be staying the same house together. We never figured out if it was a virus or the food.

One time, though, my fiance at a burrito from a local Super Mex chain while we was at work. He said they were closing up and the meat looked like it had been sitting there for a while and kinda had a funny color but he was starving anyway. About an hour later he started feeling "not right" and two hours after that he had to pull over while he was driving home from work and...well. Anyway. He spent ALL NIGHT in the bathroom. He couldn't leave it for more then 10 minutes at a time. He was about to go to the hospital but he finally was able to sleep and stop being sick. Point of the story....if it looks funny...don't eat it!

Never got sick from Disney food really but I try not to eat too much meat there because I don't trust the temps.

You mean like e. coli from contaminated water used on the vegetables?

The other tricky thing about food poisoning is that it might hit someone really hard and their good friend who had the same thing barely at all. So you and your friend eat bad burritos for dinner, but he barely notices and you get sick as a dog and you figure can't have been the burritos- friend didn't get sick! Had to have been...the hamburgers you had for lunch! Yes! Come to think of it, they *did* have a funny taste!

    Wrong.

Obviously you have some reading comprehension problems.

Try reading again, maybe you'll get it this time. ;)

And NO we will not hear every single case of food poisoning that happens on a Disney property-millions of cases a year around the world and you think that the news is going to dwell on a guest's Imodium AD party-get real.

And gettin' nasty because of your own comprehension problems-makes you look silly. ;0)

I got sick within hours and had to go home. villians ws with me so she knows the time frame a little better than me. but in answer to the first question. yes.Ihave gotten ill from etingsomething at DL that wasn't quite right. I don't blame DL for it though as sometimes you just never know with food, and for the most part I think they try to make sure things are as fresh as can be there because of such a big turnover. Mistakes happen and people become lax, but that's been my only experience with DL food and getting sick from it.
