Condor Flats, Grizzly Peek,Paradise Pier, Sunshine Plaza are the same as they debuted Feb 2001. That's pretty much the bulk of the original "2001" footprint of DCA. Only the Hollywood Backlot area has gone through some changes ... and some minor changes to the formally named "Bountiful Farm" area. It will "come a long way"... once major changes sweep these less-than-spectacular sections.

Also, most people enter Condor Flats from the Sunshine Plaza and head through it to the Grizzly Peak area, not even noticing that they could see TOT behind them.

The 30 indicates a landing direction of 300 degrees, and the runway pretty much matches that direction.
