WDW was based on the whole concept of EXCEEDING guests expectations and, let's face it, most were high to begin with because Disney is a premium 'brand.' And, FWIW, exceeding those expectations didn't mean an absurd contest where most people get nothing (or free FastPasses or a bottle of Coke and have it labeled a 'dream') I think one of the biggest problems with WDW today is that it's goal is no longer to exceed guests expectations, but rather to try and meet guests already lowered expectations. That's where I got my catchphrase that so many here love about WalMarting the product ... while still charging Nordstrom or Saks prices. <<It's a vacation destination, not a fairyland.>> I think there are plenty of fairies at WDW. And people say I'm a curmudgeon. ;-)

Nobody cares what you or Jonvn think. The masses can see that the last 10 years of Eisner's tenure was a declining disasterpiece and people like Al Lutz and others were right to critize it. I hope Disney does everything in their power to piss you people off. I'd love to tell you where to go in person.

You have to realize. I've had this conversation before. It's scripted at this point, and in the end, you don't win. "people like Al Lutz and others were right to critize it. I don't think I'm the one with the anger issue at the moment. Drop me a line when you're a CEO.
