If guests heed that warning, the bottlenecks won't be there. I never leave after a show. I try to stick around the same area and watch everyone leave, because it would probably take me the same amount of time to leave the park/garage either way. Look at Carmagedden, the freeways were so light over the weekend because people took the warning seriously.
