They seem to think it is OK to say all types of bad stuff about Al Lutz, and the websites he is/was related with, but the minute some folks point out Marcie's mistakes, it isn't nice.

Sorry, but if Marcie feels she needs to attack what Al says, you should expect it in return.....

Yeah, isn't it fascinating that WDW doesn't have anything like an Al Lutz to spill the beans on stuff? Nevermind the whole "Marcie" thing where she tries to counter every single update he releases with info that tries to spin it all in TDA's favor and make DCA look like it's doing just great, great, GREAT. It's definitely a SoCal phenomenon, for better or worse.

Darkbeer, I read the thinly veiled jabs at you on that other site earlier tonight. As a CM, you have my support and appreciation for the pics and info you provide about the park. Heck, I'd even be willing to comp you a free photo on Splash Mountain! ;-)

And on that topic - I went poking through looking for marcie's column. I found it, but for someone who's not entirely familiar with that style of board - whadda headache.

This isn't just to bash 'mouseinfo' because that format of board seems be increasingly popular, but to me it's cluttered and hard to read - lots of text that has nothing to do with the topic, blinking words, silly pictures, personal slogans, emoticons - oy.

I like LPs clean clear sparse straightforward style.

I agree that the other boards are visually cluttered. I am also amused by the "popularity" points you earn or lose on some of the other boards. Sheesh, I thought that I left high school behind many years ago

WOW! That's a perk only reserved for the likes of deserving tourists from Hilliard, Ohio!

You must really be special, Darkbeer!

But then again, that's how Disneyland is.

Amen. Whenever I look at other boards, I give up quickluy. Not worth looking through all the nonsensical "personalization" junk to find the guts of the post.

I would much prefer a free beer....

But the kind folks at SeaWorld San Diego give me that every time I visit, because I rate right up there with deserving tourists from Hilliard, Ohio, who also get the same deal ;)
