When i was pregnant, you were given your notes to take into the consultant. I sat looking through mine as I waited to be called, only to find I had someone elses notes mixed in with mine with the same name!!!! I was simply asked to sort through them and see which were really mine. I saw all her personal details. I thought that was very wrong!
