Oh and I used to be an insomniac in college.

Also, I guess I answered the phone in my sleep and said "shirt" to the person on the other end.

She said that as soon as she stopped trying to wake him up and just went along with the imaginary repairs, he settled down and went back to sleep.

Makes my occasional night terror where I sit bolt upright in bed screaming my head off for no apparent reason seem downright tame by comparison.

Once my and my brother (same one who talks) were in our room at night and my mother started yellng at us. We were young and shared a room at that point and probably should have been sleeping. So when we heard her yell "Hey!" we got all scared and answered "yes mom?".....to which she replied (yelling across the hall now) "Do you like chocolate pudding or what?". We had to go to her room and see what was going on, she was sound asleep!

One of the funniest times with my brother was one night when I was probably about 10 and he is 4 years younger than me. Well he was sleeping in my bed after waking up scared. Sometime later he wakes up and I hear him saying my name, I'm like what do you want? He says "Jesus loves the little children, sing it to me Tammy sing it to me!" I still won't let him live it down up to this day. :)
