I don't know which one is the first one I remember seeing. I'd have to look up the release dates. I think Pete's Dragon or the Rescuers was the first. My mom said the first movie I went to was Dumbo when I was a baby and I slept through it.

At a walk-in, I was only about 18 months old, we saw Lady and the Tramp. I know this as my mom has a tape of me talking about the Siamese cats and singing their song.

I was a teen before I could watch that scene again and even then I was nervous.

Drive-in: We went to the drive-in a lot when I was a kid, but I don't remember anything we ever saw there. I do remember that we were at a drive-in when Neil Armstrong stepped on the Moon. I think I was annoyed at being dragged away from the TV, and I asked Mom if we could turn off the sound of the movie so I could listen to the news on the radio.

Regular Theater...I know I went to others because they used to have Saturday Matinee's with western serials before I started school, but the first that I remember clearly was "The Ten Commandments".

I can't recall any Drive-in Theatre until about 1970 when I saw a 4-features show. I think one movie was called the Red Tent with Rock Hudson. Man, we were wiped out and went home after 3 movies.
