But, my list would be: 1) She is very, very creative and crafty and I love how she gets excited when she finds something new to create. She quickly comes over to show me and then I learn it, too! 2) If my daughter and I are having a bad day, she will rent a DVD and buy dinner and bring it over so we can forget the horrible day we all had. 3) She loves seeing new things and places. Even the most silliest, stupid museum or artifact. That's how I am, too. I could stare at something as dumb as a great big ball of string in wonder. And both my mom and I will go "Whoa!"

She loved me unconditionally even when I was sick, miserable, ornery, wild as a teenager, disagreeable and, er, disrespectful sometimes growing up. She was calm even when things were falling apart around her. She was the ultimate "lady". After she died my father got what seemed like hundreds of notes from people who knew her (some only had met her once) who commented on what an incredible person she was. Okay, here's no. 4, lol. She took care of anyone in need and never asked anything in return. I wish I was more like her.

After I had an all day back surgery several weeks ago and my DH crouching tigger could only take care of me for a limited amount of time, both my parents came early in the morning and left at night when tigger came home so I wouldn't be left alone.
