Part of the reason we use our fake tree is because it is one of those tall, narrow trees with a real wood branch for the trunk. We can put a ton of ornaments on it, but it still fits nicely between the chairs in our living room.

We have a bunch of the skinny trees, most of them are 4ft tall. We've got 2 of them in the dining room. It's fun to have trees tucked into corners all around the house.

We've had the tree for 6 or 7 years now. I'm tired of it. It looked pretty raggedy when I took it out of the bag but looked nice once I fluffed out the branches. LOL

However, the stupid @#$%&*% lights drove me crazy this year. I have scratches on both my arms and hands. (The scratch on my cuticle was especially nice. LOL) Does anyone else BLEED while putting up their trees?

So, I'm still conflicted. I want a real tree (definitely a noble, no bushy trees) but I don't want to deal with the lights anymore.

I'm also conflicted about spending $100 for a fresh tree or $400 for a nice looking artificial tree. (I'm picky.) I'll decide next year, I guess.

Very real looking with branches that look like wood and the BEST thing is putting it up is so easy.

You press a button and then entire tree pops open all ready to go!

Makes decorating it so much more pleasurable! :)

This is coming from an absolute non-tree hugger. It just seemed like such a waste. Yes, I know they are grown strictly for the purpose but I just have a problem with it. I do not concern myself with others having one just not me.
