All of his get the same concept, the other one bucked the trend and went with a "retro" mcDonalds concept (Although I haven't seen this done since the early 2000's)

But as far as I know it is one of the only if not THE only states in the U.S.of A. that has a declining population. $60K will get you a nice house.
