I get the sense that Bama is gonna win this thing which I'm not excited about. I have never been fans of theirs but more than that I'm kinda frustrated for some of the same reasons that mmrichmondj mentioned.

I wish they'd bring back the original Eco-Challenge.

(*waves to gadzuux* Welcome home. Hope you had a good trip.)

    Thanks.

So I'm guessing that next sunday will be the two hour finale. The two model guys now have my support. Second choice would be the bickering couple. The bama girls just do not deserve to win - they rode the coattails of the cho bros for weeks, and weren't even gracious enough to acknowlege it.

    February should be All-Stars...

It was frustrating watching the teams bunch up, bunch up, bunch up. At the detour one team was so fast!

When they showed the door closing to the air france plane did the paint scheme look like an AA door to you?

I really find that I get into the final episode, it feels really tense despite not caring in any great deal who wins.

The finale episode felt a lot like previous seasons, like there weren't any major opportunities for anyone to take a commanding lead. The footrace through New York was reasonably challenging, but it still felt kind of...anti-climactic.

As it was, the final leg was get off the plane and into a cab to the news building, pick up the envelope, then hoof it to the sculpture, pick up another envelope, and take a cab to the check-in mat. With two hours they would have had more time in NY for the contestants to actually "do something".

The whole thing felt kind of anti-climactic.

Maybe there were challenges we didn't see, but yeah, it seems like the teams should have to prove their worthiness one final time.

Romberly. How do these two think it's a good idea to get married? My lord! lol.

DS is very happy the guys won and I'm happy that he's happy. They did make some really good plays though so I'm okay with them winning I guess. Way better than I'd be if Bama had won! lol.

Did anyone notice Kentucky at the end? Man, Mary's changed! She looks great. Good for her.

I agree with what you guys have said about this being anti-climatic and all. I am kinda looking forward to an All-Star. That could be cool. I wish they'd let viewers pick who we wanted back for face-offs.

As suggested on the talk back site, why not have the teams look for a stockbroker or a small shop in Chinatown? Even then, in recent seasons, they had a mental challenge before racing to the mat. Oh well.

The final was a shame, as this was a pretty good season. I thought that the Intersection was a good idea; I wish that it had lasted for more than one challenge. I liked that the teams traveled west instead of east. I liked the "marked for elimination" after non-elimination rounds. We'll have to see what changes they make for all-stars.
