Oh, and the little fifteen-year old southern girl who loves Aerosmith and was the only one from her group that serenaded him on group night to make it through.

My lest favorite right now is that girl Julie from San Francisco who's so damned full of herself.

I am TOTALLY looking forward to Wednesday and seeing them do Beatles songs on the set of Love out there in Vegas. SQUEE!!!!

I'm also not sure why they passed through the "emotional time bomb" chick - she has a druggy look to her and can't seem to hold it together at all. She's probably through to vegas week just for the melodramatics she brings.

I do like the tall strappin' texas cowboy with the wonderful name of John Wayne Schultz.

My favorite villain so far is the queeny guy with the white goggly glasses. He can sing like nobody's business, but he's waaay affected, and a bit too self absorbed.

I'm also enjoying the clowny guy from Malibu. He can sing well enough to hold his own, but he's not going to come anywhere near the winner's circle. In the meantime he's total comedy.

I read something dishy on the internet about J-Lo. When the whole announcement about the new judges was being made several months ago, it was all about HER. She went into this thinking that she was going to be the attention getting headliner to the show. Instead, Steven Tyler has emerged as an early fan favorite, and she's not getting the camera attention she hoped for. And she's reportedly a bit peevish about being upstaged by Steven. She also wasn't pleased when she found out that, while she's getting a 'reported' $12 million for the season, Tyler's getting $18 mil, and even Seacrest is getting $15 million.

This portion of the show seems to be the toughest for the judges - once they get the numbers down to the final 24 contestants, the viewers take over and they can practically phone it in for the rest of the season.

And I'm with you on the villain - I HATE that dude for what he did to that sweet little boy JC! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR And, OMG I HATE HIS GLASSES! Every single pair I've seen him wear I think "why would a human being not in a comic book put that on?"

As far as John Wayne Schultz, I like him, too - and turns out a friend of mine from high school's hubby's family knows his family as they're from that part of the sticks, too! hehe

As far as J-Lo vs. ST - yeah, I dig J-Lo, but ST is the bomb! I totally love him now, whereas before I just thought he was a good singer and dug that his band has a ride at Disney World. :)

When 'Return of the King' came out, the buzz was that the movie was far too long. Something I read at the time advised that if you needed a bathroom break, any time Liv Tyler showed up on screen would be a good time to step out, since her story line didn't really interact with anybody elses, until the very end when she hooks up with Aragorn.

Now, whenever I see her I need to go to the bathroom.

I really enjoyed Tim's performance last night. I don't even remember him before last night although I haven't watched much before Hollywood. I really enjoyed him playing the piano and singing. I sure hope he makes it to the top 24.

Not knocking his talent, but I'm not sure he fits into what the show is about.
