Casey was the best last night - largely because he was one of the few who picked a good song for himself. He's the opposite of Tim as a performer - very self-assured. Nobody blew me away though.

He replaced Golightly (light-colored 'fro) at the last minute, because a former manager of Golightly's called Idol and said, "He's still under contract to me." However, he wasn't. He was released from his contract the month before he auditioned for American Idol. Idol producers gave Golightly a certain number of hours to prove he was released. (Can you imagine?... this guy had moved, gotten out of a lease, sold everything because he was told he was in the Top 24... now he has to find some piece of paper?) Golightly couldn't find the proof until about an hour after the deadline, so by the time he produce proof, Urban had already replaced him. I think Golightly could have a successful lawsuit against that former manager for interference.
