No wonder he looks so preplexed as the judges make their critical comments. In the end though, I think he is a very weak performer who probably has a good voice buried beneath the bad vocal delivery. On the other hand, don't understand the Kevin love. He has a vibrato which sounds like he is sitting on a washing machine and I think he strains on a lot of notes. I'm not sure how Chris will cope with themed weeks like salsa night or something. That could be very interesting and/or painful. Elliot is amazing though, definately my favorite male contestant ever on American Idol. Taylor is quite refreshingly different too. Personally if I had my way it would be Kevin and Sway kicked off this week, and David and somebody else (probably Bucky) next week. Of course I would prefer to have all 10 guys and just take Mandisa and Paris from the girls and call it a top 12.

But it is danged funny. btw, I was thinking of Chris today (how freaky am I?) I think he needs to do a Bad Company song - kinda juice it up a little and make it his own. He could bring down the house with something classic rock retro like that. imho.
