Not if you actually use it to communicate and to look at popular, live opinion across the country, and even the world.

Remember the Electronic Forum in CCore? ;-)

I don't believe the word 'tween' was really part of common usage until this past decade ...

    Twitter is dumb. Period.

You aren't going to convince me otherwise ... you'd have more success convincing me that TDO has a clue.

    It's "patched."

Patched meaning it should be reasonably comfortable in the house (77-78. Ehhhhhhhh. ) until a new one comes. Monday at the earliest. Old one is dead..or... Rather..."patched".

Rarely - I'm not tax resident in my own country either.

Sure did - incredible endurance by both the giant American (how can someone 6'9" play tennis?!?!) Isner and Mahut. Just felt so sorry to see John capitulate so quickly in his next match.

I first went to WDW in '81 - I think it was the first year that BA started to fly to MCO. It was on a nasty L-1011 Lockheed Tristars with the incredibly noisy engine beneath the tail. However you had to stop in Bangor to refuel - I'm sure that that airport must have made a fortune with those early trans-Atlantic flights that had to refuel as soon as they hit landmass.

    Dave...why...how? I'm so disappointed.

And all of this is going on in a small town, "boring" environment.

To me, that is why the series is soooo cool. It is not really about the individuals, but the whole that I like.

Also I love the slow reveal on each of the vampires and discovering their back story. What happened before they changed, and why were they changed? How was it they all came together?

And the patriarch of the vampires is a good decent man. A vampire that is a doctor in the hospital! That to me is very cool. The subtext of how we can still fight the urges to do bad things and make them right.

It feels more like the subtext in the Anne Rice novels (which I also love), but it is more accessable.

Yes, Bella is annoying, and I do wonder what the fuss is about Edward. But the ensemble pieces and backstories really make this something quite special. But like many good things, OTT fans kind of put people off, and then when people try it, they wonder what all the fuss was about (kind of like most of WDW's e-tickets in the last 15 years).

Like I say, the Twighlight series starts to get good from Book 2 onwards (and the end of Book 1 - kick ass fight to the death between vamps)
