But if you look closely, you see that he is not on camera as he mentions a maintenance service elevator. His mouth does an M, but before any other letters form he is off camera. It would be next to impossible to use Rod's voice while on camera and smoothly transition to a voice actor, so the actor does the entire track, lip-synching with Rod while he's on camera.

Correct me if this is incorrect...
