They said to keep all correspondence, invoices etc and they would look into it for me, but I can't do anything about it until the 10th of December. The good news is they said although it might take 6-8 weeks to sort out, they would ut a freeze on the charge so I wouldn't have to pay it in the meantime and wait for a refund.
