Possibly, cuz you'd also be expanding growth beyond the prediction with people that wouldn't have done a Disney resort otherwise (mainly locals.) I can't find the article I was looking at which I thought claimed 9% growth through 2009, but I found another that says 4% and a second that says growth has stabilized. Maaaaaybe Disney could keep a modest DL-sized resort in the green. I'd wonder what they were thinking if they built something WDW-sized.

I would be very disappointed if Disney decided to open up another park in a third location. We already have quite a lot in the US, I think that Disney would be much better off focusing on what is already there and improving it! If another park were to open, I'm sure that it would be at the compromise of quality of the other existing parks and/or that park.
