The don't misses are Cinemagique, Motor's Action (although you can skip it if you have seen it in WDW), and the band in Studio 1. The Tram Tour is ok, animation is weaker than DCA's version, but it's ok too. Animagique is great for kids. I prefer Paris' Rock N Roller. I love Armageddon, but I think I'm totally alone in this opinion. It's similar to Backdraft at USH. We never eat in this park opting for the Village instead.

I absolutely love this show!!!! At one point it was considered as a part of Buffalo Junction, the never built moderate between Wilderness Lodge and Fort Wilderness at WDW - but that's another story.

Originally Posted By davewasbaloo For hotels to dine at - I recommend either restaurant at the Disneyland Hotel (but they are expensive). The California Grill is a great splurge however, better than any of WDW's restaurant's IMHO, and almost as good as the Napa Rose at DL. Both Restaurants at the Hotel New York are excellent, and the Parkside Diner is excellent value. The Yacht Club at the Newport Bay is great if you like Seafood. And both restaurants at the Sequoia Lodge are good, but the Hunter's Grill is especially good if you like your meat - skewers at your table - yum. If on a budget - recommend La Fuente del Oro for Mexican, Cowboy Cookout BBQ (often with live music) and Pizzaria Belle Notte (as you can see UKFAN and I have similar tastes)

Bon Voyage!!!!! Only 143 days to our next Disney jaunt - WDW. Too long from now.

I stayed there last year and thought the room we were in was lovely. It was bright and spacious and my only negative about the hotel was that the breakfast was not worth what they charge. I would skip it if I stayed there again. The walk is about 30 minutes from Disney Village. I know because I missed the last bus once! And I had a child in tow. It is do-able, but only if absolutely necessary. Have a great trip!!!

Shame you didn't find your love of Buffalo Bill's. If the kids were older, we would go every time. We've been 10 times, and I'm still not tired of it!!!! I wish I could guide you folks around the parks. But sadly 3 days would not be enough for the Baloo tour - eh UKFAN, Smedley???
