Well, at my 1st weigh in since signing up I was EXACTLY, to the OUNCE, the SAME as the week before. At least I didn't gain anything. This week isn't going to be good, they had food for us at work for meeting some goal and I ate some, and went WAY of my points, I am sure. I plan to exercise a bit more today, hopefully that will counteract it. Sigh.

ANyhow, I'm doing a good job of Journaling so far, and also discovered that I should have paid loser attention when looking up target points in the book... I had looked at the pregnant lady stuff first, so ended up usiung about 12 flex points yesterday after realizing how much I goofed up in the mornign and at lunch becuase I thought I had 10 extra points! lol

If this link doesn't work, the recipe is called "Provencal Fish Fillets" and I gst it from the Food Network. You can run a search for it there. I ran it through the recipe builder on the WW site (subscribers only) and each serving is 4 points. Wonderful dinner!

    Yield: 4 servings

    Sauce:
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 medium-size onion, sliced
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
4 large canned tomatoes, chopped or 1 cup canned diced tomatoes
    1/2 teaspoon dried leaf thyme
    2 bay leaves
10 oil-cured black olives, pitted, sliced
    1 teaspoon capers, mashed
4 (6-ounce) firm white fish fillets, like snapper

Sauce: Heat oil in saucepan. Add onion and garlic; saute for 5 minutes, or until softened. Add tomatoes, thyme, bay leaves, olives and capers; simmer, uncovered, over medium heat 15 minutes. Remove and discard bay leaves.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Coat broiler proof baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Place fish in single layer in baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes.

Remove dish from oven. Increase oven temperature to broil. Spoon sauce over fish. Broil fish 3 to 4 inches from source of heat for 5 minutes. Serve immediately.

If you have any recipes that you want to know the points for, email me (in my profile) and I'll run them through the recipe builder and let you know the point value per serving. Make sure you give me the amount of servings for each recipe.

I maintained again this week which is fine considering it is the last week of school and the kids are going crazy and I'm not journalling my points. Next week my search for a summer job begins in earnest. I WILL start my journal again.
