The lemon reminds me of the fantastic frozen lemonade popsicle-like bars that Disneyland used to have at the Sunkist Citrus House on Main Street, and maybe also at Sunkist, "I Presume", in Adventureland? You really should try 'em if you haven't already!

The only thing I can think of right now is putting cool whip between lowfat graham crackers and freezing them. That was something we did before Skinny Cows came out Tootsie Pops or small suckers and frozen grapes are easy sweet treats that take awhile to eat. Can you tell I like to streeeatch out my sweets?

Also, I am a huge whip cream person, so as a special treat top it off with that. 3 pts.

WW is awesome, I lost 40 pounds, reached my goal 1 1/2 years ago, and have kept it all off. It teaches you a new way of life, a healthier way to eat.

I'm not extremely overweight but I am short and 3lbs shows up alot faster on someone who is 5'2" than on someone taller. The bad thing is, I don't actually "go" to WW meetings and stuff, I just "try" to follow the plan. My mom used to go and she got me all the info. After my daughter was born I got down to 110lbs. Hopefully I can do it again!

Hopefully, when we go on our trip to DL in October many things will be easier for me to do.

I want to drop a few pounds and get in better shape (walking 45 minutes a day and using exercise thingsy that was collecting cobwebs) so I can get in and out of those rides more quickly My goal to lose by then is 5 lbs then at least 10 more by our DLR trip in December Maybe I should plan a trip every other month to keep me OP. Good Luck everyone.

So, to Tantor and 2oony and all of you, I am re-commiting to WW as of tomorrow morning May 3rd, 2005. Back to square one for me - my fourth time on WW. Why oh why do I stray from this program when it is the ONLY thing that works for me?? Yes, I've had some very stressful events in the last several months, but geez, doesn't everyone? I've got to get over using food as comfort. Alright my friends, here's to fighting the good fight and the battle of the bulge. xxoo, Lilli

What ticks me off is that I was doing really good for a long while, then I just sort of got lazy and drifted back to many of my old bad eating habits. Which means, starting all over again for me. : (

Have learned aobut the new core plan from my co-worker and I think I could do that VERY easily.
