However, I see nothing wrong with showing Vault Disney programming starting at 10:00. Most of Disney's target audience should be in bed by then.

There is not much programming aimed at this age group (appropriate for this age group). Disney Channel fills it. It is great. The way I see it is that the rest of the channels out there are mostly for adults. I encourage the programming that Disney Channel offers. And my daughter LOVES their orginal movies, The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, Hannah Montanna ect.

My son gets very disappointed when it is one he has already seen. I do appreciate the fact that they do not show commercials of sugary cereals and toys. My son discovered Saturday morning cartoons and nickelodeon at Grandma's house and begs to watch it. But no way, he gets a bad case of the gimmees after watching those commercials.

I was so excited that they were showing Halloween movies in October. But it was just the same 5 or 6 movies the whole month.
