Camp Minnie Mickey is a character greeting area that also has the theater for the Lion King show.

the Dueling Dragons roller coaster that now sits in Universal's Islands of Adventure was allegedly stolen from Beastly Kingdom and i believe Expedition Everest has its roots there as well. Seeing as the Yeti is not *technically a real animal.

It is also the reason why there is a Dragon in the logo for Animal Kingdom.

sidenote: Camp Minnie-Mickey is not good in the strictest sense of the word, I just don't like the mindset that you have to close one thing in order to open another. Which seems to be Disney's current path.

I wouldn't be surprised to see them create another draw or two in this area as it is really under utilized. I hope that whatever is done would be in addition to what is already there not instead of.

But agreed, I think the Lion King is overrated at WDW (I love the DLP version) and Tarzan at WDW was not great either (but I adore the DLP version again).

But Flights of Wonder is lovely.

And again when we saw it in 2006, we couldn't help but compare it to the sublime show in DLP which is closer to the West End/Broadway quality than the pep rally feel of WDW's show.
