They also mention that you may be moved to another room which drives me batty. For our last stay at DLH we had 3 reservation numbers. DH phoned a couple of weeks prior and was able to have it locked in to one number and no option of them moving us. I guess it has to do with timing and how full the hotel is? Who knows. We have stayed at PPH during a rate change time and it has always been one reservation and no mention of a room change. We may have gone at less busy times.
