The novel idea was bringing all the themes together into a single environment. I'd think that, past the original earth-shattering ideas of the DL and WDW theme parks, a new area is going to be based on something - a concept, an era, or in this case a couple of movies. I'm not sure what else a theme park designer could do to make something different.

When I look at Epcot I am amazed at all the different ride modes. Mission Space, Test track, Ellens Energy, Soarin, all these are unique rides created from the ground up. While all may not be peoples favorites, every one is one of a kind innovation. It is this type of mind stimulating innovation that I think most Disney long time fans are looking for rather than just another already done rethemed attraction.

The question now becomes will Disney give us that or will we be forced to settle for much less.

There's snow on the rooftops of Hogsmeade! The Hogwarts Express is a dead ringer for the one in the movies! And there's going to be a wand shop where the wand chooses you! I am so there.
