Apparently they served oysters that were tainted (supply problem), along with having some sick employees who went to work anyway (ugh). Still, that restaurant looks like a very creative sort of place. I read a review where someone talked about the hot and iced tea. Now, like everyone else I'd imagine, I thought that meant two beverages, one served after the other. But no. It is A cup of "hot and iced tea", the right side is hot and the left side is iced. Some sort of chemical reaction thing. Wha?? Talk about a multi-sensory dining experience (they also use iPods to enhance the vibe of the ocean when you eat the fish, I gather).

Take the bacon and place the strips between the individual pancakes. Pour the bacon syrup over it and enjoy! It's almost as good as the bacon donuts!
