    Okay, a bit of followup on the "Fat Duck" guy. While I admire creativity as much as the next guy, I think his cooking methods might be a bit extreme.

    Here is a video of the guy cooking with a drill, a coffee can, and a hair dryer.

    Yeah, I think it's no wonder his customers got sick. :p

    Of course, both on top and throughout would be even better!

    For the most part, the stores mainly sell regular bacon like the States. I don't come in contact with Canadian bacon normally. Except, maybe it will be available on a pizza. I don't see Canadian bacon for sale in the stores.

    There are a lot of things you can make without bacon fat. But it really does add something to items that you cook it with.

    I also like the way pork fat melts better then butter, or eeeew margarine.
