My department was recently sold to a different company and I have since had to take on different duties that do not enjoy (though a detested job is better than no job). My concern now is I have a cold and I'm miserable and sneezy (Not the dwarf). And now because because my department was sold I have no more sick hours. Why, you ask? Because when we were sold we LOST sick time. Who ever heard of getting just 3 sick days every 6 months??? What should I do? Do you have any cold remedies?
