While a secondary interview isn't necessarily a guaranteed offer of employment, it's definitely a good sign. If they've sent you to do a secondary specifically with third shift then they are looking at you for that job alone. If they were looking at you for positions in day or night custodial they'd have you do your secondary during the daytime. I would definitely be enthusiastic about being part of the team that works "behind the scenes" to keep the Park magical for Guests and Cast Members. I met some of the best CM's who worked third shift custodial. Good luck to you!

The Custodial cast members cleaning the guest restrooms do have a few backstage restrooms to look after, too. Bottom line is that you wouldn't be given a job "cleaning backstage restrooms". SFH

Well, I don't know if this message was directed towards me, but I have cleaned backstage restrooms and it's fun. I love working at Disneyland, and I'm glad I got the job.
