And apprently no-one with Orlange County was smart enough to realize than most of the interchange with "Osceola Parkway and I-4" was in Osceloa county. They paper did a better job last year, explaining what happend. Plus the road was planned as much by Osceola County and FDOT as WDW to provide access to their planned convention center, as is why The Opryland Hotel, was being there at a time it had no I-4 access. The reason Orange county got invoived is even though the road the interchange connects to is in Osceola County, the entrance and exit ramps were all in Orange. They just didn't pay any attention as to were it was.
