Not really, unless they are an AP or have a regular day visit Party goers are not allowed in until close to party time. We used our party day as a full 16hrs in the park. We used the day time for rides and come party time we rode, nothing. Just trick or treated and people watched. Day guests are kicked out and only party folk get to stay by use of wrist band.
