One time I witnessed some guy cursing out a CM because was told that his child couldn't sit on his lap in the boat at IASW. It got so bad that I intervened and told the guest that it was for the safety of child and then I got cursed at which is normally a bad move, but I'm not going to start trading insults or punches at Disney, much less on IASW.

Agreed and I do feel for some of these Cast Members who earn a minimum wage and have to deal with what I consider to be some of the most rudest and ignorant people I have ever come across in reference to some WDW Guest. And its a big factor in me having no desire to return there anytime soon. And its a shame because most of the WDW Guest are very friendly and out going people, but its the rude ones that stick to the back of your mind. And its the same with WDW Cast Members, most of them are hard working people that go out of there way to make the Guest expereince as good as it possibly can be, than you have the few that see working as a Cast Member as just a job and have no desire to improve.

Hey I can't see what someone may be doing and wouldn't put my grandson in that situation. 1st time wonderful the CM's was wonderful. 2nd trip different CM - looked ticked at my request and sat us so we were not side by side. YES on purpose.... what a butt. It was so fast I had a feeling the seating was strange but did not want to slow the line to question. Sure enough ......

BUT for all the times I have been to DL and even WDW it has been mostly very good.

So I think it is definitely luck of the draw... because there are tens to hundreds of thousands to draw from.
