July 2010 may see some special event at the park of some sort (like any thing involving water cannons) to combat the humindity and heat which to me are worst than what we get in FL. Ticket prices will probably be a bit higher by then as well... Let me think.. Hmmm... I am sure there are other reasons I could come up with...

The afternoon before the storm all work stopped at the convention center, and all of Orlando basically shut down - stores, restaurants, fast food. We ended up in a 7/11, waiting in a line that went around the entire interior of the building for the last soggy sub sandwiches (all the dinner we had that night). Of course, the storm changed paths, and it was a non-event in Orlando. But it was quite an experience being there during the buildup.

They were both owned by Home Lines then, pre-Big Red Boat. I had a spectacular tan, weighed 180, and was king of the world!!!

The Majestic parked for a full day at Man O'War Cay in the Abaco Islands. Really nice place, kind of resort residential. Don't know if any more ships stop there.
