Had he stood up to that crazy b!tch with an "R" next to his name and said the same exact thing to her, I'd have his baby.

Blanket statements such as this one are silly.

Not all republicans are such and such just as all dems are not.

If Cheney and Co. said something like that to some left wing implant/nut/troublemaker then I'd say "good job Dick"....... if you have read most of my posts on WE then you should know that I find Cheney the most despicable official yet.

Show your skeptic meter the praise we all heaped on McCain for taking the microphone from the "Obama is a Muslim" lady.

And the complementary topic I posted a few weeks ago when Senator Alexander of Tennessee expressed his support for Sotomayor, saying he hoped for a return to the time when a SCOTUS nominee was judged for his/her qualifications.

And if you are still skeptical, just get somebody - ANYBODY - from the GOP to do what Barney Frank did, and watch us sing their praises to the high heavens. I'm looking forward to the opportunity.

It wasn't a blanket statement. I was talking about THIS SITATION. I never said anything about all republicans. Silly you.

In this situation you're exact words were "the republicans are....". No-not all are at all. There might be a few that are and I know that there are a few Dems that are and I am positive that there are a few libs that are-maybe more than a few. ;0)

If only your last part made sense. I would suggest that since no Republicans have risen up en masse to condemn the town hall meetings embarrassments, the Hitler accusations, the Nazi implications, the outright lies about health care, the sin of omission leads people to conclude that Republicans as a group ARE being bullies, as their silence condones it all.
