Most people go to Disney theme parks to be entertained. And if what you're saying is correct, the point of the entire park is wrong.

And yet, people really love it. Hmm. And they seem to love it just fine without these added cartoon characters. Hmmm. And so the thing to do, obviously, is NOT to continue building as it has been, but to take it into another direction!

    Of course! Logic!

A large-scale animatronic like this would definitely be something I would really want to see while I was there.

Night Kingdom (if it ever gets built) won't be built anywhere near Pleasure Island, from what I understand. What they may do is close the Adventurers Club at PI and move it to the 'entrance' of the new 'theme park'. Now, depending on the source you hear from, Night Kingdom may be built just about anywhere in WDW. Right now, my bet is that it will be adjacent to Animal Kingdom somewhere, though I guess it could be built anywhere they have the land for it. It also won't exactly be an 'adult theme park', but a very expensive themed entertainment area (about $300 per person for admission) that will offer unique opportunities like watching lions with night vision goggles, ziplines over crocodile enclosures, and other animal based activities, similar to Sea World's Discovery Cove attraction. It may also incorporate an expensive Broadway-style show and some upscale restaurants, included in the admission price. Right now, it's all just a 'proposed' venue that people are randomly surveyed about in the parks. As to when, or IF, it will open, we will have to wait for a possible official announcement for it.

Ill agree with that. The boys and girls outlook is kind of childish. I mean, it is an easy read, but too easy. I prefer the straight up historical past tense style writing that doesnt skirt the issue with fancy words.

still, his site format is better than Al's. Cleaner and easier for me.

And, it won't be by Pleasure Island. If you use Google Earth, look to the left or west of the Magic Kindom. You can see some land development. I believe this is its location.

I believe the idea is to add Beastly Kingdom so that people will have something to see in the evenings, after the animals are put up. Also, while AK is one of the most popular theme parks in the world, it still receives far less guests than the Magic Kingdom. By adding more fantasy themed rides, they can ensure that it will receive repeat visits from families.
