Every album cover has been duplicated in CD size, right down to the same style cardboard stock and all the inserts (the cutouts in Sgt. Pepper, the book in Magical Mystery Tour, all the crap that came with The White Album), and even a little duplicate of the original EMI (or whatever) inner sleeve. Besides, Disney fans ain't got no room to talk: http://www.amazon.com/White-Dw...026ICMLY

I was wondering how many fans are "after market" generations. The Beatles are still a marvel to me. Here, 39 years after they broke up, they are still a marketable item...simply amazing. Maybe some will divulge exactly what the attraction is for themselves and what you think is the reason that others are willing to spend money for 1960's sounds. I think they were great, but I should, it was during my time of passage and I can be expected to be a little biased.

By the way...in answer to Paul's question..."will you still need me, will you still feed me, when I'm 64"? The answer is NO, but I will take a large portion of your money to help me keep my memories sweet.

I think everybody did. I didn't become a big fan until my own high school years, though.

Revolver is my favorite because it has all their influences in one place and one time (Indian, drugs, symphonic, American R&B, Dylan in a good way) but still has the tight discipline of the classic 3-minute song. So it's my fave, but Rubber Soul is great too.
