I might take my changes at the Grand even if I saw one. CCI is beautiful with the plush grounds and I am sure that is why they love that place. BUT everyone make their own decision. I just could never close my eyes at the CCI again.

Should the hotel management have investigated the problem when reported by the guest. By all means. Oh and yes I know this is no Laughing matter ...

I have been going to DL for over 15 ~ 20 years - don't ~ haven't seen the little varmits ~ only the dead one at Mickey's house and one close to CCI walkway. So as long as I don't see them or go where I know they have too many incidents for ME (CCI) - Thank you I will be fine and will always go to DLR. And last month I was looking.....ThankS TO ALL the little miceesss for not coming out around me...... LOL

But their response to the situation is what would be the deciding factor as to whether we would ever return to that hotel. Okay, DLkozy - what hotel did you probelms at? When we stayed at BWPPI we had ALOT of ants and they moved us no problem.
