I too would like to see this return to a sitdown dining area, and was wondering how far back they could push the seating area - all the way to schweitzer falls perhaps? Or maybe they could create a new 'service area' in the back - not really a proper kitchen, but at least an area that staff could use for serving food that was catered in. They could also open up the wall that separates the area from the 'jungle cruise' load area, and even the storage dock. They could still use it as boat storage and just fix it up a bit to make it nicer looking.
