I've been there too. It's really not that big a deal; as you say, it's just a nice (and unique) restaurant. No way is it worth the membership fee and dues.

Or how about using another section of the park. The Hyperion is looking at a phase 2 upgrade. Why not build an executive lounge (Hyperion Club?) with views of Carsland, Bugsland, and the pier? Heck, they could build on top of that facade across the street. All I mean to say is, if it's necessary to redo the entrance in the first place, do it right.
