It would kind of suck to have that wienie at the end of the street, and then the general public couldn't even go inside. I'd be okay with having something for the public (even a modest attraction) on the ground floor, and then the private club upstairs.

This is all about the possibility of another club SIMILAR to Club 33 that they're thinking about putting in DCA. Club 33 will continue right where it is.
