We try to eat at least twice there for lunch and once when we want a nice lite dinner after a week of overeating at the other restaurants. I've walked out of there feeling just as satisfied as when we eat at the higher priced places, and without that stuffed, bloated feeling.

We haven't done any of the character locations (Crystal Palace/ Cinderella) in a long time (Cinderella never)but we can also vouch for Plaza Cafe being super delicious. =)

Another option (especially at breakfast time) is Ohana or Kona Cafe at the Polynesian.. which is really a short walk from the entrance of MK. We like eating at Trails End at Ft Wilderness.. just a short ferry ride away.. =) very reasonable too!

CHH has been a fav of ours since our grown kids were little. They always wanted to sit in the catwalk on the HM side so they could watch the people. They have always had a good variety but for me it was always the chowder in a bread bowl.:)

I also miss the breakfast at Tony's. Remeber the complimentary cin rolls they always brought to the table once you were seated. Big loss in my book.

I have been going to CP for so long and yes I do remember the birds. It was much easier to get into before it was a character meal. They have always had a good variety as well.

We do still enjoy LTT at lunch. Haven't to PV since the menu change but it used to be one we liked. If the weather was nice we would go to the outside balcony. Memory lane is offically open.;)

The salad with strawberry vinaigrette is delicious, and the rolls are delicious. Plus, the cobbler with ice cream for dessert is fantastic.

I'm not disagreeing with Spirit for the sake of disagreeing, but I love LTT for dinner and try to eat there as often as possible. I've never eaten lunch there, but the dinner is first rate in my book.

Did not do Crystal Palace for the first time in years as we tried to limit the characters events some ( even traveling with my two young nieces) - but I usually like it.

Tony's has never impressed me....I love Italian food and find it to be less than my expectations.

However with how this thread started -- the restaurants were very crowded this time around -- and was glad to be the neurotic - 180 day out priority seating maniac I am --

Very important question old tiara wearing VBDAD: were you served rolls and apple butter with the meal?
