Especially younger American like that, since beer is legal at the age of 16.

This is exactly what I would expect. Nice to hear that there are indeed some controls from Disney operations in place.

It's also a problem when you get finally get your FP ticket and reads that your return time is now 20 minutes later than the time it showed posted on the FP signs at the time you stood in line. I know Disney is your rice and beans Ferret but that kind of entitlement in the part of these tour groups is unacceptable and intruding for other guests who paid full price for their tickets as opposed to discounted tour group rates. I have a problem with that and with CMs who are oblivious to such abuse. Then when the time comes to enter the FP Return line.. try accessing it when you have a group of 50-75 people trying to stay together and enter the line in front of you. All of a sudden it becomes a chaotic nightmare and your entry into the line is further delayed, especially since there are no CMs in sight keeping guests in a single line before entering the FP return queue. That's how it is worst if you must ask.

Carnage.<<< Funny comment from you Leemac, since you were catered to as "PRESS" during TDR's 30th (while you're really just a hyper fan who manages to get fringe benefits it seems) Why, are you too good to do the morning stampede at TDR with the rest of the riffraff, which is just as common as the filthy conditions and poor behavious of guests at DLP which should be more of your concern being european yourself? If you hate attending TDR anniversaries, grand opening and such then, why do you go to them on a constant basis? Stay home then because I am sure that a more deserving fan could use the space in that PRESS ONLY section by the ceremony stage.

This means that they'd be able to get a time that's pretty close to what the sign said; I've found it pretty rare to get the exact time that you saw on the sign, so 5-10 minutes difference really doesn't bother me And for the entire group returning at the same time, that's just luck of the draw in my mind. Yes, it's annoying, but I've also had it happen when several large families just happened to return at the same time. The FP rules are very clear that it does not guarantee immediate boarding, so I see nothing wrong with it. Yes it's annoying. Yes it would be nice if they went around the parks in smaller groups. But they have just as much of a right to use FP to their advantage as anybody else does. It sucks to get in the FP queue behind them, but it also sucks to get in a standby queue behind them. There's just no sense to why they shouldn't be allowed to use it like everybody else

Someone in coach give you grief recently? I wasn't working as "press" on April 15 - I clearly had my CM name tag on as I was working that day (if you saw me then you would have seen me in a WDI polo shirt and shorts). I happened to be in the park before guests entered and was entitled to sit down and wait for the ceremony. My colleagues had to stand as they arrived too late. Immediately afterwards I had a presentation to give over lunch at the TDL Hotel. Not that I need to justify anything to you. I find the behavior of the fanatics at TDR to be boorish and selfish. Unquestionably the worst at any of the resorts. They have a sense of entitlement that is unjustified. Thankfully the rest of the TDR guests are polite and a pleasure to meet.

It would be polite for a tour guide to allow someone just getting a few to go ahead and do that, (sort of like letting someone at the checkout counter go ahead of you when they have a couple of items vs. your basket of groceries) but in the larger scheme of things, I don't see what the problem is.

Disney has to do a better job of establishing guidelines for these large groups, as well as follow up on these guidelines. I have nothing against anyone enjoying WDW (and have even gone out of my way to let some tour group stragglers go ahead of me in line to catch up with their groups) but not at the expense of the general public.
