Disney really needs to carry out some type of curtailment program to get rid of them.
I did notice people feeding them, Bad Mistake.
In all the years I have been going to WDW this was the worst problem I have ever seen.

"Guests commonly complain of being bombarded by birds. The parks become so littered with stray foo, that flocks of seagulls hover overhead, waiting for an opportune feeding time. Unfortunate visitors bleow are regularly pelted with bird droppings. Several have even been attacked by gulls hoping to snatch a hot dog from their hand."

The one solution that really worked was in the burger place in the middle of Future World (can't remember the name) that has an outdoor seating area. They would play the sounds of birds in distress through their patio pa system. It really did keep the birds away, but once your ear clued into it it was really annoying to listen to. I'm not really sure which is worse - the birds or the bird screaming???
