The first LP birthday celebration I attended was back at the Big Thunder Ranch/BBQ area (what ever it is now called). It was a lot of fun! I haven't missed an LP birthday party since and don't want to! That same year, (2002?) NFFC had a birthday party at the Plaza Inn (with Pat E. Cake). It was quite festive, but I felt like we were a bit limited on our time. I agree with those with the opinion that the celebration should be in the park if at all possible.
