While Disney will probably finish up the Narnia series with Walden Media, the studio has pretty much ended their relationship with them for any other film productions. The reasoning for ending the relationship Walden is not explained incredibly well, but I suspect Disney would rather be selling merchandise and builing attractions based on properties that they own 100% outright. Now that Pixar is not a separate entity, Disney doesn't need outside media companies like Walden to create content. I expect Disney to promote Narnia enough to break even on the film development costs and then put that property on the shelf as far as any long-term promotion plans are concerned.
