It's very obvious that weather and location are not an incentive there and neither are economics. They can spend all the money in the world addind new things to DLRP and it won't matter. People just won't go "enmasse" to pull this resort off the red.

Also if we currently had DLBarcelona, I would almost certainly have visited it less than DLP, due to the extra distance. A drive to Paris is much less of an undertaking than a drive to Spain and I don't think I'd fancy the train ride much. As I have only flown to DLP once I can conclude that I would have visited less!!!
