:) Yes, and so do I, but from what I've seen Carsland looks to be one of the single biggest (both literally and figuratively) projects done at a Disney park in a long time. To me it appears more exciting and ambitious than the two aforementioned attractions coming to HKDL. By the way, I do think that the new HKDL additions look pretty cool.

How so? Are you talking about Cars Race Rally, the Luigi attraction at DSP? At DCA it will be a 21st century version of the classic Flying Saucers attraction and the DSP attraction is basically a redressed version of Lady Bug Boogie from A Bug's Land. Or am I missing something?

Luigi's Casa Della Tires, for example, will have a themed Italian garden queue:

Radiator Springs Racers, including the rockwork, is part of a separate budget.

And while they will be fully realised, the queue of the WDSP attraction has elements of the different character environments from Cars, and they have a look and feel very similar to Toon Town. I am worried that although the Carsland will be bigger, it will simply be an extension of this (BTW, none of my references were pertaining to the ride system in Paris, just the decor of the queues interior and exterior).

I hope I am proven wrong.

It is cute, but because of this, I am definately more excited by Mystic Point and Grizzly Gulch. Like I say, I hope Carsland to Cars Race Rally Paris is like the difference between PotC in WDW and DL or even wider. But I am not so sure.

But I was very pleasantly surprised with the HM HHG in WDW, so I am willing to give benefit of doubt to this. Though I do find the new Ariel AA's to be very creepy.

And for the record I like DL's Toontown.. but the scope of the Cars Land project is unique, because Disney hasn't built something like this in a very long time. ie: The most expensive ride to date!

They're going for a more authentic Radiator Springs setting, as opposed to a full-on cartoony and silly environment.

My best recommendation - just wait and see! :)

But I still stand by the fact that I prefer the notion of 3 attractions making me want to fly to HK (Grizzly Mine Train, Mystic Manor and the Adventurer's Club), vs. one in California. WOC and TSMM seem fine, but they are not compelling, and the Little Mermaid ride is not my cup of tea either.

However HKDL finely being worthy as a full day park, coupled with the expansions to Ocean Park, plus all the other areas of interest in HK, make me want to go there more - my family have never been, and I was last there before DL was even a glint in HK's eye.
